Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii this between 1907-1947 US Sterling silver giant heavy trumpet vase with flared lip the sides with stylized leaf and flower motifs that is inset with a silver plated grill both pieces are marked Tiffany & Co makers (Vase ID numbers 19621A and 502 and the insert 39820)
.  The condition is described above, please check the photos for more details.  I was checking on the net and was not able to find a identical pieces but lesser pieces are being offered in the ,500 range!
Measurements:
Vase 10 inches high x 10.5 inches diameter x weight 1,100g or 35.37troy oz
Insert 7 inches high x 7 inches diameter
