    Description

    1947 Witherell 3 1/2 Lb. Axe Head Made In Oakland Maine Jersey Pattern. Shows normal signs of age and previous use with some hit marks, etc. Overall in good solid preowned condition, and I think it would be fairly tough to find a much better example of this rare axe. I will ship this head with insurance and a signature required upon delivery to help protect myself and the buyer. Exact weight is 3.31 Lbs with a 5 1/8" cutting edge. Would make a great user, or a nice rare addition to a collection. You will receive exactly what is pictured. Thank you!
