VERY RARE original 2 Page WWII German Death card showing FULL PAGE & RARE FULL LENGTH STANDING PHOTO..
Specifically, "Our dear son and brother, the valiant soldier Johann Bauer, who died a hero's death on Sept. 30, 1942, age 20, near Woronesch." VERY CLEAR FULL PAGE photo wearing uniform and GREAT STEEL HELMET. NICE WEHRMACHT DECAL VISIBLE ON SIDE.
Card is in excellent condition. This card puts a name and face and story to a very young soldier who would otherwise just be a forgotten statistic.
