Antique Art Deco Rockwell Sterling Overlay Black Satin Glass 6 1/2" Vase

I have had this lovely piece in my curio cabinet for years. I am a vase collector and I often have fresh flowers on my desk.  I have never used this lovely piece. Every time I reached for a vase, I decided to just keep it as is and never used.
It was made by Rockwell sterling.  Black satin opaque glass 6 1/2" tall with a lovely design of sterling silver all the way around.  The base has a sterling edge.
