Antique Bark Spud - Logging Tool - 1832? - Stamped

Description

The bark spud shown is the one you will receive.
I can't make out the stamp, but the year looks like 1832 (picture 10 is blown up). I believe the knob at the top of the handle is leather. There is a metal spacer between the leather and the top strike plate.
