Autographed 1937 Third Handbook, vol2, 1st Imprint-Hillcourt @ Schiffs & EUC Hat

Here in the Dusty Attic we have this incredible piece of history.  This book was given to WT Herbert in 1937 at the Schiff's Ranch.  It is the first imprint of the Third revision of the handbook that was created by Bill Hillcourt.  This is volume 2.
Included in the book are three stickers.  Two are for the Washington DC upcoming Jamboree and one sticker is for the Nederland World's Fair.
The book is in excellent condition.  It is personalized to WT Herbert, most likely one of the scouts that were consulted in reviewing the book before printing it.  I gathered this opinion based on the statement written by Bill.  "The remainder of the magnus opus".
The hat was purchased at auction along with the book.  It does not bear a name or indication that this was also belonging to WT Herbert.  It is in near mint condition.  It has one tiny hole in the crown.  The size of a pin head.  Circumference of the hat is 21 inches around.
