Here is a striking, shiny gold 1949 IRTP flat top beer can from the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Co. in St. Louis, Missouri that has the "Trade Marks Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." in small print.
I have taken pictures for your perusal to judge the can's condition.  I try to be as honest as possible with my description.  The can is slightly taller than normal due to the top lid being replaced.  Otherwise, normal handling wear.
