    The dots on the back are the kiln furniture so the plate doesn't stick to the shelf. The piece has studio & firing glaze inconsistencies in the Firing.
    The design is based on Old California Pottery and Tile.
    I am calling my pieces California Rainbow Pottery because it is
    decorated in California using a Rainbow of Colors in the Cuerda Seca Style using time-honored methods "On First Quality Blanks".
    They are glazed using similar techniques as Catalina, Malibu, Taylor and D&M
    Pottery And Tile.
    Enjoyable addition to any California or Mexican Pottery collector.
    Works in any Spanish, Hacienda or Ranch House for a nice pop of Color.
