I don’t know much about this chuck, but it is in very good condition.
The chuck parts opens and closes, and the center section spins smoothly. All photos shown in the auction are of the exact item you are bidding on.

Every package that leaves here has a tracking number. When I create the shipment and have the tracking number I will enter it into Paypal, and they will send you a shipping confirmation message with that number. If for some reason you don’t receive it, I will be happy to send it to you

FOREIGN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
: If your package has not arrived within the time frame that you expected it to, then it is almost certainly held up in your countries customs. I have had buyers packages take over 3 weeks to arrive due to customs. There is nothing I can do about this. It is not that I do not want to help; it is because there is nothing I can do. You must use the provided tracking number to follow up with your customs.
