30 grams (33 grams actual weight of the product without the bottle) of Iodine shot/pellets/prills.  Sealed in glass vial with the lid glued shut to prevent accidental spillage.  Iodine is a halogen that sits in group 17 on the periodic table between bromine and astatine.
