Large Antique .800 European Silver Repousse Vase

It stands roughly 18 inches tall, which is a foot and a half and weighs well over 1000 g with the Crystal insert. It is in excellent condition considering it’s age and I often think about who’s table this has graced over the last century and a half or so. I love the craftsmanship that goes along with German silver and if you are anything like me you will absolutely love this piece. I don’t claim to be a photographer so capturing its beauty is not one of my strengths. On another note, I own a lot of silver and this particular piece has a very warm feel to it. It’s hard to explain. It must have a great history. I have it stored in the cabinet and that is such a shame. It should be the centerpiece of a nicely decorated room.
