: Tom Zito was a man with a vision. He wanted to usher in the next generation of video games by turning them into interactive movies. He was the mastermind behind the infamous Night Trap as well as so many other "full motion video" (FMV) games produced by his company, Digital Pictures. "Make My Video" was intended to be the next big thing by letting players "make" their own video remixes on the fly for bands that were popular at the time. This ad in particular is for Kriss Kross and C+C Music Factory, two groups that were huge in 1992. (INXS and Marky Mark would also receive installments of their own.) Unfortunately it's been 30 years and I think we all know how this story ends. Nobody liked FMV games, they weren't the future, but they were certainly an interesting footnote in the history of gaming and this ad exemplifies the wild marketing of the era.

These print ads come from my personal collection and are very well taken care of. Smoke-free, pet-free, and moisture-free. Though I cannot speak for the storage conditions of the comic books these ads are from prior to my ownership of them, I do not keep prints that are severely damaged or filthy. (Those ones are either sold off in bulk as craft supplies or simply sent to the recycling plant.) Ads purchased from me will be sent in a large flat envelope with cardstock backing to prevent bending and damage during transit.
