Mauser gewehr 98 rear sight

i dont know much about this.  it was identified online by forum members as for a gewehr 98.  it appears to be complete and original.  it came from my grandfathers gun room.  the slide for elevation gets stuck at the mid point, but im sure it just needs to be cleaned.  feel free to make an offer.
