    Description

    Offered is a vintage hardwood Mauser 98 stock.
    I’m not sure whether this is a late war or immediate postwar stock.
    It has the take down hole in the butt plate rather than the bushing in the stock, but it does have a cleaning rod hole.
    Overall in very good shape with no major cracks or splits.
    Plenty of small dings and handling marks as to be expected from a stock of this vintage.
    Some rust on the metal hardware, especially the butt plate, but should clean up nice.
    My wartime K98k barreled receiver (not included) drops right in and fits perfectly.
