Noisemaker Effects Loveless reverb + fuzz guitar pedal inspired by MBV shoegaze

Noisemaker Effects Loveless pedal, inspired by the My Bloody Valentine album of the same name, has separate metal footswitches for reverb and fuzz (labeled "shoe" and "gaze"), with 5 knobs controlling "mix," "feedback," "wash," "level," and "gain." 9 Volt input (standard One-spot type), single 1/4" in and out, housed in a roughly 4 5/8" L x 3 5/8" W x 1 1/2" H  metal chassis (looks like galvanized steel), with LED indicators for each footswitch.
Has a little cosmetic wear: top art is a sticker which shows a little light wear (see photos), knobs have a little scuffing on tops (especially first, third and fourth from left), UPC sticker from music store on back, but everything is working as it should (just tested).
