This is how they are sold by RH. NEW Vintage Velvet drapery panel by Restoration Hardware. 50" x 108"L.  FOG color. Rod pocket style. Lined. Fabric content on label shows the velvet as 90/cotton  10/poly. Current fabric content is 100% cotton velvet. The fabric content has been changed slightly since this panel was manufactured.

The label has been modified by the retailer to prevent return to stores. There is a black mark through RH and a cut through the label in most cases.
