    WW2 Aircraft Surrender Flyer/Leaflet Dropped Over Germany

    ESCRIPTION:
    Scans show it all.....thin paper, printed on BOTH sides in color. Written in German. Appears to have been dropped by US bombers to encourage German civilians and soldiers to surrender. Could be turned in for safe passage. Measures  5 1/4" x 8 1/2".
    Very cool item and represents a lot of WW2 history! Brought home as souvenir by GI vet! Looks like it was folded or was otherwise packed away by him and carried home. Good condition.
