Envelope is open and has tear along the flap and left side, Auto Pass (8.25" x 5.5") and Official Invitation (13" x 8") are folded and inside the envelope (6.75" x 4.5"). The paper is browning from age after 64 years. The celebration is for the 8th year since Independence on July 4th, 1946 and was held at the "New Luneta" Park in Manila that afternoon. This was under the Presidency of Magsaysay. This Invite was given to Dr. (Prof.) Charles Houston at the Manila University.
