These are Jwco brand capacitors - I import these directly from the manufacturer Elecsound in China
Assortment values are geared toward vintage radio Hobbyists
I have been using and selling these for many years and subject them to many tests with good results. I have tested them in use and on my Sencore LC-53 & 101 LC Meters and DER-5000 as well as various other LC Meters and find them to be low leakage and right on specification for capacity and voltage.
