Rare 18" Antique Georgian 1765 Sterling Silver Daniel Smith Robert Sharp Urn

Tinges of green are from my heavily treed lot, NO discoloration.
Antique George lll hallmarked "London, England leopard face, 1765 small gothic k date mark, DSRS for Daniel Smith & Robert Sharp & Lion Passant" to attached interior container & once unscrewed from base on inside rim lip huge 18" tall x 10 1/4" handle - handle x 8 1/2" deep Della Robbia Repousse what appear to be swags of Pear branches 1945 ( 62.74 ounces) grams Urn.
Please note hairy lion paw feet & wonderful pierced fretwork gallery base stand. Beautiful undamaged patina, no damage or restoration, only partial polished out coat family crest as seen in picture #12. Most of these urns had spigots for tea or coffee Samovar. Not sure what 3 1/4" deep well x 3" wide inside is for, possibly funeral ashes or ice? Any help much appreciated.
