This is One of Six different photos we have listed taken in 1946 at the
Cleveland Psychiatric Mental Hospital. (Photo #1 )
Each photo shows the poor conditions that the patients  lived in. Back then there were no privacy rules around hospital patients…however the faces of each person were covered to protect their identity.
I have reproduced the image with original dust spots and color shifts to keep the vintage image authentic looking.
