Condition: Restored DCH Clean Cut 4.3 lb head. Hand cleaned and sharpened. Hung 36in hickory handle. No varnish, linseed oil only. This Axe is an angry beast, it must be happy to be resurrected and let free in the woods. Really nice working vintage example.

All work done by hand, makers mark is not the best example, buy clearly shows though. Smoothed out some rolling, cleaned and hand filed blade. Store bought 36in hickory handle had all varnish remove sanded smooth and oiled. 4.3lb before hanging. Really really mean girl, she seems so happy to be back in business , oh the stories she could tell. I work my axes and this one works.
