SERVICED (NEW Capacitors/Lubed Switches) SR&D Scholz Rockman Sustainor DOUBLE IC
RARE FACTORY DOUBLE IC MODEL 200 (not all model 200’s have the double IC factory mod).
These units are now over 30 years old and no longer being manufactured.
Electrolytic capacitors dry out over time as they have a limited lifespan of 20-30 years before drying out and or leaking. All (9) Electrolytic Capacitors have been replaced with brand new capacitors (see photo showing old capacitors that were removed).
All switches and jacks were cleaned and lubricated with Deoxit. Solder joints checked and resoldered as necessary.
Unit was functionally tested and in good working order. No need to send out for refurbishing.
I have been an electronics technician since 1983. Rockman unit and power adapter have been fully serviced and ready to use for years to come without needing costly refurbishing.
