Specialized Rockshox Brain fork and rear shock rebuild.
Hi,
I've built my own tools and sourced/ manufactured a full seal kit for the Specialized Rockshox Brain fork and rear shock.
This past summer was a R&D summer for these shocks: with 10 successful rebuilds and over 1000 hours of riding - the results are fully functioning shocks.
I fully disassemble the front fork and rear shock, thoroughly clean all parts inside and out, replace all seals and rear shock bushings, inspect for wear with measurements, lubricate all seals, install new shock fluid (I can also change it to suit your riding style), fully vaccum bleed the hydraulic system to remove all air and pressurize with nitrogen. Finally hand test and hand dyno test to check for functioning. I'll also back my work for 1 year upon customer receiving the fully rebuilt shock.
