Standard Glaze Art Pottery Pitcher/Vase Unsigned Owens/Rozanne? Yellow Flowers

On offer is this lovely standard glaze antique vase/pitcher.
The vase is unmarked.  I am not an expert but think it may be Owens, Rozanne Ware, or Louwelsa.
The vase features very pretty yellow flowers painted on a standard glaze background.  There are green leaves that make the yellow pop against the brown.
The painting is well done.  It is thickly painted and you can feel the design when you touch it.
The vase it has a pretty, graceful form.
Aside from the issues on the rim, the vase is in great condition.
This would make a great addition to a standard glaze pottery collection, and would make a nice accent piece in an Arts and Crats setting.
The vase is approx. 7" tall and  4" at it's widest point.  Please excuse the glare and reflections in the photos.
