Sugar & Spice!  For your consideration is this pair of vintage new signed Steuben
Candy Canes, new in red box--one with a twist of Red the other with a twist of white.
A gather of Steuben glass is blown and bent with a latticino caning of either red or white glass spun inside, a signature Steuben design element. Rainbows of light are refracted by this design.  These were only made during 1985 so they are rare designs. (These were never a "limited edition" as other sellers claim, rather they were in limited production for a brief time.  Steuben "limited editions" were numbered and none of the candy canes are.) A superlative gift for someone special to you, for a wonderful hostess or your own décor, do you need an excuse to add to your Steuben collection??

are new in red velvet lined boxes with no damage or scratches to the glass or display wear and their good condition 30 plus year old vintage boxes.

Steuben Glass was the premier American glass company founded by Frederick Carder in 1903. It ranked as the world's foremost artisan glass house. Steuben glass, handmade by American craftsmen at the works in Corning NY, was frequently the United States' gift of State to foreign dignitaries. Steuben marketed no "seconds". Items that did not meet their exacting standards were destroyed by being smashed in a bin. Steuben, a luxury brand and the ultimate in art glass.  Since the glassworks closing in 2011 during the recent recession, it has been increasingly difficult to find collector worthy examples like these.
