Vintage American Art Pottery Lady With Urns Figurine Double Bud Vase
Lovely vintage mid-century American art pottery figural double vase that features a young Asian lady/woman/girl holding two large urn shaped jars/vases/vessels. She is wearing a yellow bolero type top, black full skirt and has a snood scarf in her hair. The jugs are done in pastel lavender/purple and peach/orange. It has an all-over glossy glaze and was painted with a combination of hand painting and airbrushed designs. It is not marked but guessing this piece is by Shawnee. It is in great vintage condition with no visible damage. There are some gouges in the clay on the bottom original to production but not problematic (see photos). A fairly rare, hard-to-find piece and a fine addition to your collection!
