Vintage Argenteria Firenze Glass Vase Sterling Silver Overlay, Italy, A. Picchi

Description

Vintage Italian beige glass vase with silver (assumed sterling) overlay. Maker's sticker on the bottom indicates Firenze, so it likely comes from Florence. The company or maker may be A. Picchi. Found at a thrift store where price sticker had been placed over the original maker's sticker on the bottom. The original maker's sticker was foil over paper and removal of the thrift store price sticker pulled the foil away from the original maker's sticker. But it was able to remove the foil enough to read much of what was indicated on the original maker's sticker. See photo of foil. The silver overlay is not marked that I could find, but tested positive as silver.
