Vintage Black Cat Virginia Cigarettes London England- Heavy Enamel Sign VGUC. I am not sure the exact age of this sign, but I have owned it for 30 years. It is in very good used condition with Excellent Sheen and only small/few scratches to the color. There are 2 small chips on the porcelain along the edges that I have pointed out with a pen tip for size comparison.
