    Description

    From a local Indiana Estate is this carpenter's adze head.
    The tool is marked with an "H" in a shield logo which my research indicates the Charles Hall Company.
    It is also marked "ALLOY." (See photos)
    The tool weighs about 5 pounds and 2 ounces.
    The length of the cutting edge is about 4 1/2 inches.
    The cutting edge has a little damage. (See photos) I did not modify the cutting edge in any way as some like to do their own sharpening if at all.
    I have cleaned the tool up and waxed with Carnauba Wax.
