    Description

    Vintage professional chrome plated Dexter No. 3 Mat Cutter with the original box, spare blades and instruction manual.
    Made by Russell Harrington Cutlery Co. of Southbridge, MA.
    It has 5 blades.  There is one blade in the device and four brand new blades in the package.  Easily cuts a perfect beveled edge every time.  The mat cutter is approximately 5 inches long and is ergonomically shaped for your right hand.  It’s in near mint condition with almost no use.
