    The item you are viewing is a vintage Dexter Mat Cutter.  It was made by the Russell Harrington Cutlery Company.
    The cutter is in mint condition.  I have to assume that it had been used at one time, as there are 3 blades, instead of 5.   Please see my pictures for detail.  Thank you.
