Vintage Dexter Mat Cutter & Box, 2 Blades, Russell Harrington Cutlery Company

I purchased many "odd ball" things when Plantation Galleries closed up in 1999 and have just packed it away until now.  So if you collect the unique and unusual, please follow our auctions as we have LOTS to list!
This is a Dexter Mat Cutter still in the original box (the box has seen better days) I think the only time it has been out of the box is for the photographs.  There are two blades. The box says "Russell Harrington Cutlery Company, Southbridge, Massachusetts, with company logo and Made in U.S.A.    As far as condition, it has minor pitting that I feel is commensurate with age.
