STERLING WEIGHTED BASE WITH 8 5/8" ETCHED GLASS BUD VASE.  STANDS TOTAL OF 9 3/4" TALL WITH 1 1/16" OPENING IN VASE.  ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE IT SHINE LIKE NEW IS TO POLISH THE BASE A LITTLE.  DON'T SEE ANY DENTS OR DAMAGE IN BASE AND NO CHIPS IN THE GLASS.
