    Description

    Vintage Embossed Plumb National Pattern Throwing Axe Hatchet.Weight is 1lb 12oz. This head has been thoroughly cleaned up, and cold blued for rust protection. The sharpening process has been started but it is NOT finish sharp in my opinion, but be careful. I would recommend tuning it up to your liking once mounted for a finished sharp . This is a used bit so look closely and ask any questions or for more pictures. Most of the marks look like they occurred while mounting the handle and or removing handle by previous owners in not the best fashion.. It is still a very nice bit for it's age and ready for many more years.
