I believe this is an Egret or maybe a stork. It is cream and that lovely old green color. He has yellow cold paint on his bill or beak and his legs. This measures 6.25" tall x 4.375" x 2.625" at it's widest. The bottom is clearly incised with USA NSCo.
Minor condition issues. Lines or marks in the yellow on his bill. They are NOT hairlines but more to do with the paint and age. There are small spots of missing yellow paint on the legs. There are also a couple of pits, one on each side. See photos. Overall, he is in nice condition.
I have not seen or heard of
Fredericksburg Art Pottery before this piece and they have an interesting history. They were open from 1910 to 1965 when they burnt down. The facebook page also talks about rust stains on the pieces because they couldn't afford or didn't buy new racks.

There is NO handling fee and I am a great packer! I use tissue, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, purchased boxes and lots of tape so the box doesn't split open if dropped. And if your item needs more I can add foam and have even used new bed pillows for those bigger, delicate items. Your items are packed to survive!

Most of my items will ship without insurance BUT will have tracking (US only). And remember anything that ships USPS priority is automatically insured up to 0 through the post office.
