    Vintage Fisher USA Castaloy Hosecock Clamp.  PRICE REDUCED  No other identification on the item.  Screw on top works and moves the bar below.  Hook on the end is moveable.  Not sure how it works so don't know if it's still in working condition.  Item base is 3 1/2" long and 1 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" high.  If you would like to see additional photos or have questions, please let me know.
