    Description

    Very nice preowned vintage Genuine Norlund  Double Bit Axe Head in Very Good Condition.
    Nice and symmetrical axe head (see pics).
    The bits have not been touched up.
    Both sides of the axe head have some very slight pitting,  scrapes & scratches on them.   This is to be expected from a used vintage wood working tool, such as this old axe head (see all pics).
    The eye and the beard ( photos ) are in excellent condition.
    The makers mark "GENUINE NORLUND" is clear and deep.  The axe head weighs in exactly at 2 pounds 10.4 oz.
    The axe head measures 8-1/2" long.    Each bit is  4-7/16" wide.
    Just a super "HARD TO FIND" vintage NORLUND double bit axe head.
