Vintage Medical Optical Candle Holder with Magnifying Glass Parabolic Reflector

Description

Parabolic Magnifier Medical Lamp concave Candle Sconce with a Metallic / maybe chrome plated reflector surface. I do not know for sure what the plating is made from. Candle holder wall sconce with its heavy, solid, adjustable magnifying glass and a pricket candle holder.  I saw that one of these sold and they had claimed it was out of an old doctors treatment room. The exact age of this item is unknown and not sure what it was used for.
Approximately 10.5 in wide x 11 in tall over all . The magnify glass approximately 4.25 in housing and lens is at about 3.5 in.
Pre-owned  condition. The refactor could use some cleaning / polishing, since I do not know the material and did not want to damage it I used some water to clean lightly.  The magnifying glass looks great.
