Description

A nice SATER BANKO reversible, double bit axe head; cruiser, felling axe head type.  Made in SWEDEN; high quality steel. Axe head weighs ~3 lbs. 6 oz.  It has a long, narrow profile measuring ~10¾ inches long with cutting edges measuring ~4¼ inches.  Stamped on one side, "SATER BANKO SWEDEN."
Cutting edges are uniform. Shows a nick on surface edge (see pic). Some light surface pitting from previous rust.  Cleaned, brushed & oiled.  Collectible quality!
