Vintage Taylor Pocket Sling Psychrometer Model 1323 Looks Good NO instructions. Looks like a nice instrument. I do not know how it functions, but the thermometers work. It is from the Taylor instrument Companies in Rochester N.Y. There are NO instructions with it. It has the wick on the end. It will be well packed. This is an older and harder to find model from what I can tell. The box says 2/57. It also says it has a range of 20 to 120 which seems better than others I have seen.
