WW II German Aircraft Gashebel - THROTTLE LEVER AND KNOB - Me109 - VERY RARE!

You are bidding on a SUPERB example of a 100% original WW2 German Luftwaffe
Gashebel (Throttle Lever), 109.769-01 H02 as used ONLY in the Me109 F thru K German Fighter Aircraft!
This was recovered from an Me109 at war's end, and brought back by a US Serviceman.
This throttle handle was mounted on the main throttle assembly (Gashebel) on the port side of the cockpit, and featured a Drehzahl (Prop Pitch) switch on the main handle/knob.
Though the Me109 was usually set for Auto Propeller Pitch, the pilot could manually change the pitch with his thumb, by adjusting the switch on the side of this unit.
Made of aluminum and steel, this late-style throttle lever was manufactured between 1943 and 19452.
It has some marks, scratches, and wear, but is EASILY identifiable and
VERY solid!
It still retains much of  its original paint, as well as the RARE Thrittle Knob!  I have indicated it's location in the last photos.
An EXTREMELY RARE item, it would make SUPERB item for any collection, display, or restoration project!
