WW2 tank Tiger I / Panzer VI / Sd.Kfz.181 clamp for fastening corrugated pipe
Clamp for fixing the corrugated pipe with the remains of the pipe. Found at the site of the destroyed Tiger tank. The Tiger belonged to the 503rd tank battalion and was destroyed in the Korsun' Shevchenkovskiy battle near the village of Dashukovka, Lysyansky district, Cherkasy region, Ukraine. Ground dug found condition, cleaned. There is a catalog number characteristic of the Tiger. Inner diameter 16 cm. An example of a corrugated pipe in the last photo. Corrugated ducting protected other engine components from the extreme heat of the exhaust pipe.
