Description

The most glorious and beautiful perfume sprayer I ever came across. Very ornate and lots of detail. I tested the sprayer with water and it did not pump. I did get air through the nozzle but no water. Obliviously there is no perfume in the bottle. The top screws on tight. Button goes down and up properly just does not spray. The glass bottle inside is not broken. The front is almost a work of art and looks to be hand engraved.
